Sam has an excellent array of contractors and suppliers making the selection progress of any job very easy.

Her communication skills are excellent. She has shown great ability to listen and assess my needs. She is thoughtful in her approach to presenting ideas and concepts and her implementation and her attention to detail is thorough and efficient.
